Founded in 2001 by partners Thomas Bercy and Calvin Chen. Bercy Chen Studio LP is an architecture and urban planning practice with design/build capabilities headquartered in Austin, Texas with offices in Taipei and Mexico City. 

Bercy Chen Studio LP employs over 20 architects, designers, construction managers and craftsmen, with diverse backgrounds and experience necessary to successfully guide projects from inception to completion.     

We collaborate closely with our clients, consultants and experts from a wide range of disciplines and realize innovative projects based on environmentally sustainable and financially viable business models in both public and private sectors.

Black Rabbit is a design-build studio with a focus on creating authentic living environments. Our projects range from residential to commercial to mixed-use developments. We work with clients and consultants from concept through construction using collaborative processes and 3D BIM technology.

Receiver of the Lifetime Achievement Medal from the Texas Society of Architects, Sinclair Black, FAIA's signature approach stems from over 60 years of study of the vernacular architecture of Central Texas with design intentions that celebrate and preserve the region. Backed by Stephi Motal, AIA for 28 years, Black + Motal's award-winning team continues to create environments that seek to find harmony with the natural landscape using native materials and natural light. Their projects create lasting, functional, and beautiful architecture that exceeds expectations and produces continual and unexpected delights.

CoXist Studio is a contemporary Austin-based architecture firm dedicated to making an impact on our client’s way of living through thoughtful and human-inspired design. CoXist was formed on the principle that the best design is one that reflects the human experience through memory, sense of place, and engaging all five senses. These elements distinguish timeless design from transitory trends.

Founded by Andrew Logan in 2015, Logan Architecture has grown into a leading boutique design firm in Austin, Texas.

Logan Architecture is a full service, client-focused firm based in Austin, Texas. The team has extensive experience in all scales of commercial and residential architecture, and the team to tackle any design challenge. They strive to provide thoughtful and appropriate design solutions to enhance the built environment and our community.

Matt Fajkus Architecture (MF Architecture) is an award-winning and licensed architecture and interior design practice that welcomes residential and commercial projects, both small and large. 

Matt Fajkus Architecture has been recognized nationally, state wide, and locally in Austin with numerous design awards from the National American Institute of Architects (AIA), Texas Society of Architects, AIA Austin, and others. Most notably, Westlake Dermatology Marble Fallsmedical office building achieved a 2019 AIA National Design Award, and Filtered Frame Dock has received 8 design awards since its completion.

MF Architecture projects have been featured widely in scholarly, popular, and trade publications, as well as on the AIA Austin Home Tour and Austin Modern Home Tour. Our work reaches a wide audience through its concept-driven generation and crafted execution - all disseminated through frequent publication in articles featuring our clients in regional print publications such as Austin Business Journal and Austin Chronicle. These publications include nationally and internationally recognized media outlets including Architectural Record, Dwell Magazine, Texas Architect, Wallpaper*, and The Wall Street Journal.

Studio Celeste was founded by Celeste Aguirre, a dynamic and creative designer with sixteen years of experience in architecture, design and development. Since graduating from ITESM, she’s gained experience from different companies such as architectural firms and Real Estate Developers; participating in residential, urban design, interiors, retail, office, commercial, healthcare, landscape and mixed use projects. After collaborating with like minded individuals she ventured on her own in 2017 to create Studio Celeste.

Founded in 2020 by Brandon Termini, Chris Bunker, and Feda Zayed, Studio Oriell is an innovative real estate design and development firm based in Austin, Texas. With over two decades of combined experience in Austin’s dynamic real estate market, our practice is dedicated to redefining new residential construction in East Austin.

At Studio Oriell, we believe in creating more than just buildings—we craft experiences. Our approach fuses natural materials and design techniques that engage the senses, transforming land into sculptural works of art. Rather than following conventional blueprints, we envision each project as an opportunity to push the boundaries of what luxury living can be, delivering spaces that inspire and elevate.
